Refund policy
A. Right of Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Justin Ochmann, MusicPrinted, Aldebaranstr. 9, 12529 Schönefeld, Germany, Tel.: 030 81855695, Email: support@musicprinted.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any potential loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling them in a manner that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusion or early expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which the consumer's individual choice or specification is significant or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not a member state of the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of the conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.
